The Hotel Fortuna in Ortisei exceeded all expectations. The hotel is part of a coalition offering free mobile passes, providing convenient and cost-saving access to public transportation. The complimentary access to a community pool was a delightful surprise, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast spread was diverse, catering to different dietary needs, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, making it a great place to rest without any noise from traffic. It's near the ski lift and offers great locker options where we could leave our skiing equipment. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea offered.
Honestly, there was nothing that we disliked about our stay. All aspects were well handled, and it was evident that the owners take pride in their hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect - close to everything, including the ski lifts, and right in the town center. The room was clean and well-furnished, with a big balcony and a lovely view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, particularly the SKI-Room and the community pool which we had free access to, and the breakfast was great. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Staying in this hotel was a delightful experience. Its location is very convenient, as it is just a short walk from the town centre and the ski lifts. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with an Alpine style that made it cosy and welcoming. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast area was nice, and the food was tasty. The balcony had lovely views of the mountains, providing a perfect setting for relaxation.
It would have been nice if the hotel had air conditioning, but the cool mountain breeze made it comfortable enough.

The hotel we stayed at this weekend was so cozy and comfortable! The owners were very friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was super smooth. The breakfast area was small, but they had a good variety of food and it was all fresh. We loved our clean and nicely decorated room with a balcony that overlooked the stunning mountains! Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk to the town center and with free on-site parking!
There wasn't really anything we didn't like about this hotel! If we had to pick one thing, it would be that the room didn't have air conditioning, however, the weather was cool at night so it wasn't really a problem for us.
